Q: How do I know my size?

A: Our ribbed cotton fabrics have gorgeous stretch, meaning they move with you, not against you! Check out the sizing chart on any product page, or stick to your usual UK size.

If you're between sizes follow the below guide:

For The High Thong: size down and adjust the straps.

For The Low Brief: size up if you want more coverage.

Q: What does the packaging look like?

A: Discretion, but make it chic. Your items arrive in pink, unbranded envelopes (no one needs to know what's inside but you). Inside, your pieces are beautifully wrapped in our signature pink packaging or white satin pouches.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

A: We move fast! Once an order is placed, it goes straight to our packing team. Drop us an urgent email at hello@shopberrysorbet.com and we will do our absolute best to catch it before it ships.

UK Standard Shipping: £3.99
Delivered via Royal Mail within 2-4 business days.
US & Canada Shipping: £12 Delivered within 10-14 business days.
Europe Shipping: Due to recent regulations, please reach out to us with a request via our contact page to place an order.
Tracking: As soon as your order leaves, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it right to your door.

Returns Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our pieces, we have a strict hygiene policy to keep all of our customers safe, clean, and sweet.

The Golden Rule: We accept returns on unworn items within 14 days of delivery, provided that all original tags are attached and the hygiene seal remains completely unbroken and untampered with.
Exclusions: For safety reasons, items returned with damaged packaging, missing tags, or broken hygiene seals cannot be refunded and will be sent back to you.
