Refund policy

Due to the intimate nature of our pieces, we have a strict hygiene policy to keep all of our customers safe, clean, and sweet.

• The Golden Rule: We accept returns on unworn items within 14 days of delivery, provided that all original tags are attached and the hygiene seal remains completely unbroken and untampered with.
• Exclusions: For safety reasons, items returned with damaged packaging, missing tags, or broken hygiene seals cannot be refunded and will be sent back to you.
• How to Return: Drop us an email at
  hello@shopberrysorbet.com with your order number, and our team will guide you through the steps. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless an item arrives faulty.
