Q: How do I know my size?

A: Our ribbed cotton fabrics have gorgeous stretch, meaning they move with you, not against you! Check out the sizing chart on any product page, or stick to your usual UK size. 

If you're between sizes follow the below guide:

For The High Thong: size down and adjust the straps.

For The Low Brief: size up if you want more coverage.

Q: What does the packaging look like?

A: Discretion, but make it chic. Your items arrive in pink, unbranded envelopes (no one needs to know what's inside but you). Inside, your pieces are beautifully wrapped in our signature pink packaging or white satin pouches.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

A: We move fast! Once an order is placed, it goes straight to our packing team. Drop us an urgent email at hello@berrysorbet.co.uk and we will do our absolute best to catch it before it ships.
